These terms govern frelzoria.com bookings.

1. Provider and booking

frelzoria.com (PE), Business Center Gulliver, 1 Sportyvna Square, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. Email: contact@frelzoria.com. Phone: +380 967 326 2431. EDRPOU: 54111729. Managing Director: Robert Roth. Bookings are confirmed in writing. Package travel pre-contract information: itinerary, price, inclusions/exclusions, cancellation. Legal basis: Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce', Law of Ukraine No. 755-IV 'On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations' and Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism'.

2. Price, charges and itinerary changes

Prices are in UAH unless stated. Total price, mandatory taxes/fees and optional extras are disclosed before confirmation; no hidden mandatory charges. frelzoria.com is the tour operator unless another operator is named. We may change the itinerary for safety, weather, force majeure or suppliers; material changes are notified before departure. Advertising is truthful and identifiable where required by Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising'.

3. Traveller responsibilities and disclaimers

Provide accurate data, valid documents, health/insurance cover, arrive on time and obey local laws. Travel carries inherent risks; we are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.

4. Complaints, cancellation and refunds

Send complaints to contact@frelzoria.com. Cancellation and refund terms are shown before booking. We handle complaints under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.

5. Personal data and cookies
