Groups are capped at 12 travellers. Rates are quoted per person, double occupancy, with city tax and the single supplement listed separately so nothing arrives as a surprise.

Terms worth reading before you reserve

Four points decide whether a place is held. Each is written with the exact window we apply, so nothing depends on interpretation later.

Deposit and balance: A 30% deposit holds your place on a route. The balance is due 21 days before departure. Prices are per person, double occupancy, with city tax included and the single supplement stated on each program page.
Cancellation windows: Cancel 30 or more days before departure and the deposit converts into a credit valid for 12 months. Between 29 and 15 days, 50% of the total is retained. Inside 14 days the full amount is retained.
Passports and visas: Every traveller needs a passport valid for at least three months beyond the return date. Visa requirements depend on your citizenship and are your responsibility; we send the current entry list with your confirmation.
Insurance and group size: Medical and repatriation cover is required for the whole route. Groups run with a maximum of 12 and a minimum of 4; if the minimum is not met we offer an alternative date or a full refund.
